Monday: supposed to be a 4 mile run at the gym but the treadmills were all taken! Did the elliptical for 40 min and walked for 10. Bad idea
Tuesday: worked in Nashville for the day and was feeling knee pain so I stretched
Wednesday: ran 2 with Ari..he was being a jerk and there was knee pain. cue nerves!!
Thursday: rest day/pack!
Friday: rest day/drive to Memphis/expo/carb load
Saturday: ran the St. Jude's Memphis Marathon!!! I finished in 4:23!!

Sunday: rest/drive home
